Trident Spares
Trident is the largest stockist and supplier of Foster spare parts in Europe. We are able to supply spare parts to most countries on a very short lead time. Spare parts may be collected from our Trade Counter in Ickenham, West London; Sent out "same day" by Courier or "next day" by Carrier.
Parts not held in stock will be delivered direct from Foster main stores in Kings Lynn at no extra cost or delay.
Spare Parts Ordering
When ordering a spare part, please quote the model and serial number for which the part is required (i.e. GH 600T - E186754).
If the serial number is not available and the part cannot be readily identified from the catalogue, a description of the part with dimensions if appropriate, should be detailed with the order.
Minimum Order
All orders are subject to a minimum order charge of £25.00 (nett) inclusive of packing and carriage. VAT is charged separately.
Warranty Parts
Replacement parts/assemblies will be invoiced on despatch. A credit note will be issued as soon as the warranty parts have been returned to us and inspected by our Warranty Department.
The faulty parts should be returned immediately upon receipt of the replacements.
All returns must be accompanied by the particulars of the original order number, our invoice number and the serial number of the cabinet and component.
